Title Insurance
Title insurance insures against defects in the title to your real estate. Premiums for title insurance are based on sales prices and/or loan amounts and are set by the State of Texas.
Abstracts of Title
Although title insurance products have largely taken the place of abstracts of title, our staff is experienced in providing quality abstracts of title, which are now mostly used for oil and gas work.
Manufactured Home Title Work
Our staff keeps up with the ever-changing face of manufactured home transfer requirements, and we are happy to assist you with all aspects of manufactured home titles.
Property Information
Many customers call us wanting a good legal description of property, or to provide a list of liens and encumbrances that appear of record and affect a certain tract of land. Or they may just want to know when their great-great-grandfather bought a farm. Call us – we are glad to assist.
